In the past, we have had to inform you several times about attempted fraud in connection with the sale of EPAL Euro pallets and other EPAL load carriers. Most recently, in July 2024, we informed you about fraudulent offers of allegedly insolvency goods.

Phishing emails are fraudulent messages that often try to trick you into revealing personal or business information. Phishing emails can be the key for hackers to access and control your personal or business accounts.

We are currently observing that EPAL pallets and other pallets are being offered at noticeably low prices by a company allegedly based in Poland. Also in the new year, fraudsters are once again contacting some EPAL licensees and attempting to obtain deliveries of pallets by misusing the names of well-known companies. You will find the two current cases below. The companies named therein are not involved in the attempted fraud.

Unfortunately, we once again have to inform you of an attempted scam relating to the sale of EPAL Euro pallets and other EPAL load carriers. This new scam has been put together very professionally and at considerable effort and therefore represents a significant risk of loss.

On Aug. 22, 2023, numerous EPAL licensees received an email stating that EPAL's bank account details had changed and future payments should be made to an account at a bank in England. This information is incorrect!
